Ship Schedule, Cost and Online Booking to Andaman

We have updated the latest ship schedule to Andaman Islands for 2020 from Chennai, Kolkata and Vizag, please note that this is a tentative list for sailing to the Andaman Islands from Kolkata, Chennai and Vizag. Please note that as of 2020 there is NO online booking facility available and travellers has to purchase the tickets from the counters only. Counters are available in various cities to get your tickets booked.

Because of the COVID pandemic, this schedule is bound to be affected. Post March 2020 No updated sailing schedule of the ships are out. As soon as we have a confirmed information we will share it accross.

These ships are Government-owned ships and are not private cruises. The ship schedule these days are announced just a few days before the sailing and practically is not possible to get your trips or packages booked well in advance with the ship tickets.

For Vishakapatnam (Vizag-Port Blair) There are no counters so you need to contact local Port from where the ship departs to Port Blair.

Ship Ticket Cost
The ship ticket cost varies from 2500 for Bunk class to 10500 for Cabins. However, this price is subject to change.

Currently, there are no online facilities to book a ship to Andaman islands from Chennai, Kolkata and Vizag. For this reason, there is not much clarity over the web. However, I will recommend you get in touch with local port management at Chennai/Kolkata to get your tickets booked through counters. Make sure you are carrying a valid photo id proof while going to book a ticket for a ship to the Andaman Islands.
