Ramnagar beach and Kalipur Beach Turtle Nesting Sightseeing Tour

Ramanagar beach is 35 Km from the main town of Diglipur. We start early to this beach from the hotel. Our team picks you from your hotel in Diglipur Island and drive you through to reach Ramnagar Beach.

At this beach, you can spend an hour and spend a picnic time at this vast open beach.

If you are visiting somewhere around December to March, you can witness how the turtles' eggs are stored in proper conditions that are created for the eggs to hatch. Once hatched, these turtles are left to the sea with a hope to see them back again. 

Once the trip is complete we will get back to the hotel.

Note: This trip includes all transfer in personal AC Vehicle and entry tickets. Our drive will assist you with anything that may be required at your end. Please note that food is not available at Ramnagar beach so carry some food and a mat along with you.

For all our customers we recommend staying at Pristine beach resort or Turtle resort at Diglipur. After sunset, you can enjoy Kalipur beach for turtle nesting on your own, as it's walking distance from the resort.

The trip begins after sunset as this is the best time to see a turtle in action. First, you need to walk to Kalipur Beach, here you can spot turtles laying eggs if you are lucky. We recommend not to make noise while you see any turtle as the turtle will get afraid and will return to the water. Spotting a turtle laying egg purely depends upon your luck and we cannot commit whether a turtle will be spotted during the day you visit this beach.

Note: While searching for the turtles you should maintain silence and not make sure not to disturb the turtles.
