A trip from Port Blair to the second highest peak in the South Andaman Islands, Mount Harriet. Travel to Mount Harriet National Park for birding and to look at a spectacular view of the islands from the top. Post this trip, we visit another popular birding location known as Chidiatapu for sunset. The sunset here is one of the best on the islands.

Mount Harriet - Highest peak of South Andamans
The trip begins from your hotel where our team comes and picks you. Later we move to Chatham Island where you board a vehicle ferry that takes you to Bambooflat.
We will then drive around 15 Kilometres from the coast and later through the curvy mountain roads to reach Mount Harriet. You can have a look at the view of the 20 Rupee Note site.
Overlooking North Bay Island and Ross Island from Mount Harriet. You can even trek for some time around Mount Harriet.
Post-trip to Mount Harriet we go for lunch.
Upon completion, we take some rest and move forward to Chidiatapu. The coastal drive to Chidiatapu is amazing, the journey would take around one hour to reach Chidia tapu. There is no restaurant or food stall available inside the park; however, small hotels are present at the entrance.
If you are interested to watch the sunset it is advisable to take an afternoon trip to this place, Enjoy a mesmerizing sunset at Chidiatapu before returning to the hotel to relax.
After enjoying the beautiful sunset our chauffeur will drop you back at respective hotel/resort in Port Blair by evening.
